My story
Working in technical customer support, I often troubleshooted software issues while guiding customers to utilize HubSpot's software to the fullest. By nature of the job, I interacted with the product a lot and found that I really enjoyed thinking about how to improve the product.

This curiosity also extended to things I observed in everyday life, such as new businesses opening, the design and layout of supermarkets, government campaign roll-outs and much more.

I'm now on a quest to become a product manager and make change in people's lives, one product at a time.
